Arts organisation: West Yorkshire Print Workshop

Schools: Slaithwiate CE Junior and Infant School, Beaumont Primary School and Upper Batley High School

West Yorkshire Print Workshop worked with young people to help them use various printmaking techniques and recycled materials to develop their own flags that represented their beliefs and personality. They could be self-portraits or more symbolic and used a range of materials including recycled fabrics, pieces of wood, Tetra Paks and cardboard.

The finished results became part of the Magnificent Me Piazza Parade on Saturday 2nd July 2022.
